Brie Mine | Funny Cheese Kitchen Print

Forget flowers and chocolates. If you really want to impress me, turn up with a decent cheeseboard. A bit of brie, some cheddar, something blue and a packet of crackers, and I'm perfectly happy. I genuinely think cheese might be one of humanity's greatest achievements, although perhaps that's not something I should admit quite so enthusiastically.

Brie Mine is my funny cheese kitchen print, featuring an original hand-painted acrylic illustration of three different cheeses with a little romantic wordplay thrown in. It's a cheesy pun in every possible sense, and I'm absolutely fine with that.

I created this print at Kauter Studios as part of my colourful food art collection, because I love taking ordinary ingredients and turning them into something worth putting on the wall. Cheese might not sound like the most obvious subject for a painting, but the different shapes, textures and colours are surprisingly lovely. And once I'd painted three cheeses, it seemed only right to give them a suitably ridiculous caption.

This cheese wall art is perfect for kitchens, dining rooms and anyone who appreciates a good food pun. It's also a lovely little gift for cheese lovers, couples who share a mutual obsession with dairy, or someone whose ideal romantic evening involves a cheeseboard rather than an expensive restaurant.

After all, true love is sharing your last piece of brie. Although I think that's asking rather a lot.
