Don't Brie a Dick | Rude Cheese Kitchen Print

I don't think it's asking too much for people to be reasonably decent to one another. You don't have to be lovely all the time, you don't have to agree with everyone, and you certainly don't have to pretend to like people you can't stand. But generally speaking, not being a dick is a pretty achievable starting point.

Don't Brie a Dick is my rude cheese kitchen print, featuring an original hand-painted acrylic illustration of three different cheeses with a little reminder about basic human decency. It's a terrible cheese pun, a fairly sensible life philosophy and exactly the sort of thing I enjoy putting on kitchen walls.

I created this print at Kauter Studios as part of my collection of colourful food art with cheeky, sarcastic and occasionally sweary captions. There's something I find particularly funny about taking a perfectly innocent painting of brie, cheddar and blue cheese and adding a phrase that sounds like something you'd say to someone behaving like an absolute knob.

This rude kitchen wall art is perfect for cheese lovers, fans of sarcastic humour and anyone who prefers their home decor with a bit of personality. It would look brilliant in a kitchen, dining room or alongside other colourful food prints. It also makes a rather appropriate gift for that friend who says exactly what everyone's thinking, usually without bothering to check whether they should.

Because life is complicated enough without people being dicks. Especially when there's cheese to be eaten.
