Brie Ware of the Cat | Funny Cheese Kitchen Print

Anyone who's ever lived with a cat knows that absolutely nothing in your house belongs to you anymore. Not your sofa, not your bed and certainly not that lovely cheeseboard you've just put on the table. You might think you're about to enjoy a peaceful evening with some brie and crackers, but somewhere nearby there's a small furry criminal planning a robbery.

Brie Ware of the Cat is my funny cheese kitchen print, featuring an original hand-painted acrylic illustration of three different cheeses with a pun that combines two of my favourite things: cheese and cats. Although, to be fair, I probably trust the cheese more.

I created this print at Kauter Studios as part of my colourful food art collection, combining everyday ingredients with silly little phrases that make me laugh. There's something quite satisfying about painting a beautiful selection of cheeses and then adding a caption that sounds like a warning issued by someone who's already lost half their lunch to a cat.

This funny kitchen wall art is perfect for cheese lovers, cat owners and anyone who enjoys quirky food prints with a bit of personality. It would look lovely in a kitchen, dining room or alongside other colourful food illustrations as part of a gallery wall. It also makes a brilliant gift for someone whose cat has absolutely no respect for personal boundaries, especially where food is concerned.

And if you're wondering whether a cat would actually steal your cheese, the answer is yes. Mine certainly wouldn't need asking twice.
